Job Role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency through accurate reporting, data management, and performance tracking.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
2. Design and maintain automated Microsoft Excel dashboards and tracking systems.
3. Use advanced Excel formulas, including LET, IF, and SEARCH, alongside conditional formatting and data validation.
4. Classify outages, monitor restoration progress, and generate operational reports.
5. Manage financial records, operational documentation, and escalation reports.
6. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify performance trends.
7. Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
8. Support management decision-making through timely and reliable data analysis.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, dashboards, and data validation.
4. Experience with financial records and operational reporting.
5. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
