Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional customer service Representative to handle customer inquiries, orders and delivery updates.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customers inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other communication Channel.
- Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with dispatch riders regarding delivery status.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree
- 1- 2 years working experience as a Customer Representative
- Must be reliable, punctual and responsible
- Basic Computer skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
