Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative workflows underpinning active contracts, procurement plans, and supplier tracking reports.
- Facilitate invoice verification by generating system Call-Offs and raising formal Service Entries against approved contractor proforma invoices.
- Maintain the department’s centralized contractual database, ensuring precise entry of material expediting statuses and supplier details.
- Organize, index, and archive physical and digital contract records, variation logs, and commercial instruments.
- Monitor regulatory compliance factors impacting the localized procurement cycle and provide cost control tracking support.
- Develop and update database.
- Arrange contract documents and proforma invoices.
- Provide Management with contract administration and cost control tools.
- Groom younger staff for higher responsibilities and to provide for succession
Qualifications
- The Contract Admin shall hold at least a Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Must have adequate training or experience related to well operations or intervention oil and gas
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in both office and field supervisory roles.
Certifications:
- Valid BOSIET Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training for field operations.
- CCMP Certified Contract Management Practitioner or related certifications.
