Summary
- Java Construction is seeking 3 experienced Construction Foremen to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Allocate tasks to workers and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- Monitor the quality and progress of construction works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and other site personnel.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly utilized.
- Ensure workers comply with site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, or defects to the Site Engineer.
- Ensure assigned work is completed within the required timeline.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Proven experience working on construction sites, preferably large-scale projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team of workers effectively.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
