Clinic Assistant

Responsibiltie

• Take photos and videos using a smartphone.
• Create designs using Canva.
• Edit short videos using CapCut or similar apps.
• Assist with filming and posting approved social media content.
• Organise the clinic’s photos, videos and digital files.
• Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
• Assist with reception and general administrative duties when needed.
• Support the Medical Director and Clinic Administrative Assistant with assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. Higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Applicants should already have basic content creation skills.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Victoria Island and work full-time on-site.
• Experience with AI tools and other digital applications is an added advantage.

• Someone who pays attention to detail, follows instructions and takes initiative.
• Someone who respects patient privacy and confidentiality.
