Key Responsibilities
- Lead security operations and teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations.
- Oversee CCTV, access control, and asset protection.
- Collaborate with IT on cybersecurity risks.
- Manage security of company vehicles, drivers, and deliveries.
- Liaise with law enforcement and security service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, Risk Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in security management, corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of physical security, investigations, risk management, loss prevention, emergency response, and cybersecurity.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
