We are seeking a trustworthy, organised and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Ziba Beach Resort.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing guest payments, maintaining proper financial records and ensuring accountability for all transactions handled.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent numerical skills, a high level of integrity, strong attention to detail and good customer service skills.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Payment Processing: Accurately process guest payments through cash, POS terminals, bank transfers and other approved payment channels.
- Transaction Verification: Confirm and verify all payments before issuing receipts or completing transactions.
- Daily Reconciliation: Reconcile cash, POS transactions, bank transfers and system-generated sales reports at the end of each shift.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Promptly identify and report payment discrepancies, suspected fraudulent transactions or irregularities to the appropriate supervisor.
