Job Description

• We are currently looking for versatile, intelligent and energetic restaurant cashier and Cooks with passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team.
• This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

• As the Restaurant Cashier/Cook, you will work alongside team members in ensuring customers have a wonderful experience, deliver quality service and maintaining relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints
• Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer
• Maintain excellent level of hygiene at all the time
• Must be knowledgeable about the company products
• Must possess suggestive selling skills

 Requirements

• SSCE/OND
• 1 or more years’ experience working within the food industry as a Cashier, Cook, Chef or related role.
• Working knowledge of local dishes techniques and the Intercontinental dish making process.
• Keen attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
• Must reside or be willing to work in Yenagoa, Bayelsa

Additional Information:

• Salary is very attractive + HMO + Free lunch + 13th month salary
