Business Development Representatives

ROLE SUMMARY

• We are looking for ambitious, energetic and target-driven Business Development Representatives to join our growing commercial team. This is a field sales role, with each Representative assigned to a specific cluster and market area to acquire new savers, sign them up to Myka’s savings plans and drive regular customer contributions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales, building relationships and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and sign up new savers within your assigned market through market visits, activations, referrals and other field activities.
• Introduce Myka\\\'s savings solutions to prospects and take them through registration and their first contribution.
• Build and maintain relationships with savers to encourage consistent contributions and continued use of their plans.
• Help customers set up convenient payment methods, including bank accounts, cards and digital wallets.
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to other Myka products and services.
• Provide a positive customer experience by responding to questions and resolving or escalating issues promptly.
• Track customer acquisition, contributions and follow-ups, and submit regular reports to the Company.
• Represent Myka professionally and actively contribute to achieving assigned sales and savings targets.

What You’ll Earn

• ₦100,000  Allowance.
• Up to ₦1 00,000 in monthly commission based on performance.
