Branch Manager

 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant banking or financial services experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role, such as Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or Zonal Operations Manager.
• Proven experience in deposit mobilisation, revenue growth, customer acquisition, branch profitability, and team performance management.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit and operational risk, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance.
• A track record of delivering business targets and improving branch performance.

 Additional Advantage: A Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications from CIBN, ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or other recognised financial services or risk management bodies.
