Bored Pile Plant Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical & Mechatronic)

About The Role

• As part of our expansion programme, we are seeking experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in foundation engineering and piling operations.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in:
  • Mechanical Engineering,
  • Electrical Engineering,
  • Mechatronics Engineering, or
  • Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining piling and foundation equipment.

Experience Required:

• Rotary piling rigs.
• Hydraulic systems.
• Kelly bar systems.
• Winches and hoisting systems.
• Gearboxes and power train systems.
• Drilling monitoring systems.
• PLC and control systems.
• Sensors and instrumentation.
• Electrical fault diagnostics.
• Preventive maintenance planning.

Preferred Equipment Experience:

• Soilmec
• Bauer
• Casagrande
• Mait
• SANY
• Junttan
• Llamada
• IMT
• Liebherr

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and automation faults.
• Ability to reduce equipment downtime through preventive maintenance systems.
• Experience using OEM diagnostic software will be an advantage.
