Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervising and evaluating onsite security supervisors and guards across multiple branches or contract locations.
• Managing personnel schedules, rotation planning, and coordinating guard deployment to eliminate coverage gaps.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and trainingsecurity officers on localized emergency response protocols and equipment use
• conducting frequent site visits and random checks to ensure security teams are active, in uniform, and adhering to strict protocol.
• Performing regular physical security audits and risk assessments to find vulnerabilities in access control or boundary lines.
• Investigating security breaches, property damage, or internal theft, and delivering findings to senior leadership.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, facility managers, and local business leaders within the assigned territory.
