Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and proactive Architectural Designer to join our team. Recent graduates with relevant internship/SIWES experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop design concepts and working drawings.
- Prepare presentations, approvals and construction drawings.
- Visit project sites, take measurements and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors.
- Maintain accurate project records and drawing revisions.
Requirements
- B.Sc./B. Tech in Architecture, M.Sc. is an added advantage.
- Strong AutoCAD skills and a relevant portfolio.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Revit, SketchUp, Lumion or Enscape is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an architecture or construction environment.
- Internship/SIWES experience is welcome.
- Based in Lagos or willing to relocate before resumption.
