Job Summary
- Neo Homes Limited is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Architect to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting the successful execution of our real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and architectural visualizations.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and recommend solutions to design and construction challenges.
- Support cost-effective design decisions and timely project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–7years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or other relevant design software.
- Strong technical drawing, design, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
- Professional registration with ARCON will be an added advantage, where applicable.
