Sahel Consulting Agriculture and Nutrition Ltd (Sahel) is a leading management consulting firm focused on the agricultural and nutrition sectors in Africa. We partner with government agencies, private sector actors, and leading international development organizations to research, analyze policies, develop strategies, and implement programs that promote sustainable food security and improved nutrition. Job Responsibilities

1. Research the national and international markets, industries, and companies to identify trends and opportunities to inform program implementation and track results.
2. Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials summarizing research and analyses and developing recommendations for program implementation
3. Communicate findings and recommendations to the program management office clearly and concisely.
4. Create a complete bibliography and contacts list of all research information sources.
5. Support the program teams with work required to deliver high-quality final reports to clients.
6. Work independently but as part of a broader team of Sahel Consulting and its implementing partners.
7. Support senior management on other Sahel Consulting initiatives as requested

Job Qualifications 

1. Bachelor’s or master’s in business, Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or related discipline
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of Experience
3. High-quality analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
5. Willingness to travel (required)
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
8. Proven track record of management consulting experience
9. Successful completion of CFA Level 1 is a plus.
