Job Role

1. We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team immediately.
2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational performance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, validate and analyse data from multiple sources.
2. Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate findings.
3. Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau to analyse and present data.
4. Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps to support decision-making.
5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
7. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and consistency.
8. Present analytical findings and recommendations to management.
9. Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
4. Practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
9. Immediate availability to resume.
