Admin Officer (Front Desk)

Role Objective

• The Front Desk Officer is the first person a patient meets at a BeaconHealth clinic. You will handle enquiries from patients and referring clinicians, guide patients through their visit, capture their information accurately, and follow up afterwards.
• The role sits at the point where patient experience and data quality meet, which is what makes it one of the most important jobs in the clinic. Booking and patient records run through BeaconOS, our own platform, which you will be trained on during onboarding.
